David Kelly is a Managing Partner and Head of US Real Estate of Cedar Investment Group.
David joined Chirisa Technology Parks as Managing Director in 2024, before forming Cedar Investment Group in August 2025, where he oversees the company’s North American real estate portfolio. Prior to this, David spent 12 years managing complex debt and equity investments at prominent firms including Ares, BlackRock, and Hudson Advisors in New York.
David is based in Washington, D.C with his wife and daughter.
