Spencer Raymond is a Managing Partner and Chief Financial Officer of Cedar Investment Group.
Spencer joined Chirisa Technology Parks in February 2025 as its CFO before forming Cedar Investment Group in August 2025. Spencer has 20+ years of experience in asset management focusing primarily on day-to-day firm operations with experience overseeing various functions, including corporate operations (including equity and debt capital markets and partnership formation), fund formation and operations, accounting, technology, tax, human resources, risk management, and compliance.
Prior to Chirisa, Spencer held similar roles as the CFO of Rockpoint and Garrison Investment Group and started his career at Ernst & Young.
