Lee Hayes is a Managing Partner of Cedar Investment Group.
Lee joined Chirisa Investments as Managing Director in 2020, initially with responsibility for M&A and investments. He took responsibility for the firm’s US business in October 2022 and served as President and CEO of Chirisa Technology Parks from early 2024 before forming Cedar Investment Group in August 2025. Prior to Chirisa, Lee spent 17 years focused on large scale M&A, debt and equity capital raising, including 13 years with Evercore in London and New York, and JPMorgan in UK Advisory.
Lee is based in Dublin, Ireland and is the proud father of three daughters who share his passion for sports.
